Hi, I’m Mel, PA to Ben!

I’ve got a 1st Class Honours Degree in Forensic Psychology, and built my experience in business through the Enterprise rent-a-car Graduate Management Scheme. I was an Assistant Manager at Enterprise until I progressed into PA work for a large Waste Management company in Cheshire, where I learned about business growth, processes and procedures.

After 4 years in my previous role, I decided to change course and join the Bee Active team to support Ben in his vision to grow and move the business forward to the next level.

Outside of work I’m really into fitness, health & wellbeing, and love to spend time with my family.

I love the variety of my job, assisting with the execution of projects, and being a part of the company’s amazing journey!
